HMV model 5 (H.E.B.o) c.1920sHMV model V. c.1920

All HMV horn gramophones are now rare and desirable (i.e. expensive!).

This one is a nice ‘bargain price’ simply because it has been re-motored with a later HMV double spring no. 32 motor (a much better motor than the earlier ones!).
This makes this machine ideal for some ‘serious’ playing!
The soundbox is a later fitting also but, is a high quality one.
Oak cabinet has been re-finished (HMV logo on the front a bit faded).
Very good nickel plate.
An HMV horn gramophone for not big money and a great player!

Sorry, I can’t ship this machine (too vulnerable to damage)
it must be collected or I can deliver, reasonably locally.
